Top 100 VAM book

gumby1234gumby1234 Posts: 5,584 ✭✭✭✭✭

Found my old Top 100 VAM book. I think its a first edition. Can't find much info about it online. Any ideas on value or how many were printed and or survived in good condition?

I have a 3nd edition from 1997. Use it all the time. Handy and super small = pocket carryable.

@AUandAG Mine is not spiral bound. Its about 3.5 by 5 inches, paperback in a leatherette or vinyl protective cover. I searched online and find lots of 4th and 3rd editions.

There’s an autographed 1st edition that comes with a CD on eBay right now where the seller is asking $325 or best offer. It has a cover like yours

@MrSpud Mine has no autographs and didn't come with a CD. Other than that it looks the same.

I would save it for sure. I look for early - especially first - editions of reference books whenever in book or antique shops. Since they are not usually specialty shops, the prices are quite reasonable - often even cheap. Cheers, RickO

I also have the small 3rd edition but with Michael Fey's autograph. Bot on EBAY about 20 years ago when I started collecting.
Figure seller brought to a major show and got Mr Fey's signature or they were selling the books at a show.

A friend gave me his copy of the 3rd edition spiral bound 1997 copyright, which is also autographed by Michael Fey. He said he bought it new and was already signed.
    Interesting 1st edition @gumby1234
