After closer inspection this coin might be a DDR-004 but it isn't labeled as any variety.

Looks 64 to me.

And I absolutely agree with that assessment. This is one of those arm length coins that I purchased just because I didn't want to disappoint my favorite dealer while on a visit, cheap enough. And from arms length she looks smells like a rose.
And yes I had thoughts of 68 before I pulled her in for a good smell
