1.999 Lincoln cent!

Has anyone ever seen a 1999 Lincoln cent that actually reads 1.99




9 as the date?I'm going to try and add a picture of this coin.but I have not found any coin like it in any form, or online???

    It might be a small bubble in the copper plating which is not unusual for cents after 1982 when the mint went to copper plated zinc planchets.

    I agree with @PerryHall ... Or, it also could be a die chip.... common issue - in either case, no numismatic premium. Cheers, RickO
