1.999 Lincoln cent!

Has anyone ever seen a 1999 Lincoln cent that actually reads 1.99
9 as the date?I'm going to try and add a picture of this coin.but I have not found any coin like it in any form, or online???

It might be a small bubble in the copper plating which is not unusual for cents after 1982 when the mint went to copper plated zinc planchets.
