Ask your dog

Ahh, the sorta random stuff that goes through my head. What if I was a dog?

The thought dawned on me as I watched Grace the Dachshund discover a dead mouse in the yard. It was a priceless treasure to her.

I figured a question of this complexity warranted a flow chart.

It’s all a matter of perspective, ain’t it?

You forgot about rolling on them. Our Papillon Belle keeps finding dead mice left in the yard from winter and then rolls on them. My wife just loves that she then makes herself cozy in her lap. James

I asked both dogs but the Siberian caught a marmot yesterday by the back of the neck and shook it until it squealed, I yelled drop it and she did. It was a stellar experience for us both. She says no to coins. She has found her bliss.

@lordmarcovan 🤔 interesting thought but I would rather be a bird my Lord ❤️

I love those 2 coins though …… my beloved dog would say “no protein no eat”

Both of my dogs crossed the rainbow bridge last year :'( Looking for the next one. One of my previous dogs liked coins.... Years ago, the vet found a nickel in his stomach when an x-ray was performed. ;) That passed though :D ... Cheers, RickO

@DeplorableDan... It took a few probing sessions, but finally, a slightly tarnished nickel was recovered. Should have taken a picture. ;) Cheers, RickO

@Ricko's chief complaint was that it became tarnished

So is that " NT " or " AT " ??? Market acceptable ? Please don't say the tarnish was really nice. If so, I can see people hiding coins in the Alpo then standing by with a strainer.

@Tom147 .... Takes a couple of days usually... was at least three days with my dog, two days after the vet visit it finally emerged. Might have been a day longer. Cheers, RickO

That's spooky! Totally twins! I will show that to ladymarcovan.

I actually thought that was a picture of our Lucy, and then went, "wait, whuhhh?"

I actually was wondering where that pillowcase came from.

I looked at that border collie and said, "There's Jigs," a friend's border collie from my high school days. Very similar.
