A better date lowball 1862 seated half dollar- Poor-1??

Another recent pickup from ebay. A scarce civil war date with the worn look I love. It definitely saw plenty of circulation. Think it will make poor-1?

    I don't think so. To much meat on that date.

    Looks like a 02 to me.... that date sure preserved well compared to the rest of the coin. Cheers, RickO

    The bold date probably does keep it from poor-1 but still love the look.

    there is an unusual pattern of wear on this coin

    Reverse kind of makes it - obverse isn't such a slam dunk. Fair-2

    It should make it IMO but maybe not with gradeflation.
