Pretty Deceptive off-centered Indian Head Cent Counterfeit

This coin ends in a few hours on Ebay. It is a pretty good counterfeit. Here is why I think it is a fake: It does not appear to have an "L" on the ribbon and the bust does not appear to be pointed. This would narrow the date to an 1864 Bronze "no L" type. HOWEVER, the reverse is wrong for this date. It should have the "Shallow N" reverse. The reverse on this coin was not introduced until 1870.
Be careful, as this surely would fool someone!

An 1864 Bronze Indian Cent.
An 1864-L
These are all fakes, it's disgusting. This is just a small example of what's available.
Some of the feedback from customers was they knew they are fake but are using them as hole fillers because they love the look.

At least they got "copy" on these, fwiw
"COPY" is typically photoshopped onto the images, but the counterfeits themselves are shipped without any notation on them. If they actually stamped them with "COPY" then their sales would likely plummet 90%.

There are certainly more deceptive fakes out there @Shane6596 !
.
The pictures are not very clear.
But I think this coin is genuine.
The "L" is not very easy to see on many coins that have it.
So I am not surprised when the "L" is not easily visible in photographs.
Look at the 4th feather from the bottom. It points directly at the center of the first "A" in AMERICA.
On a Type-1 coin, this feather would point at the left foot of the "A", not the center of it.
This indicates that the coin is a Type-2 obverse produced from 1886 to 1909.
All of the Type-2 coins have a strong "N" reverse, like this one.
.
I believe this is a genuine type 2 (1886 to 1909) coin.
