I first saw this neat medal issue when Zoins posted his higher grade unholed example. Had to have one of my own! This one looks AU condition but displays nice luster.

    @NumisOxide... That is a nice medal and with excellent detail...(except for the hole ;) ). Is that brass? Or some other alloy? Cheers, RickO

    I recently ran across a very inexpensive one on eBay that was very worn with much of the design elements indistinguishable. I imagine then, that alot of these are holed for use as a pendants.

    I saw that one as well. Lots of wear so definitely was worn a long time.
