CircCam View you might be wondering? What is that?
Well, glad you asked! It is my name for the wonderful photos from @CircCam
I was fortunate enough to pick up this toned quarter from him.
I think, while an absolute beautiful Washington, the 2 chin scratches and the 3 scratches above the ribbon on the obverse would prevent a 67 grade. I'm not sure exactly what the mark(upside down U) just below the right leg's left talon is, but I believe it will get a 66 grade.

There doesn’t appear to be any wear so the coin looks Mint State instead of AU. Eye appeal is very pleasing. First, grading the obverse, it has 2 heavy contact marks in the middle of the hair and in the field behind the head (disqualified as a 67). Then 3 light marks on the face of Georgie in a focal area (disqualifies it as a 66) Reverse has no detracting qualities to it.
Just judging by the photos, I would grade this coin a MS65.
After seeing the video I see a 66. The mark behind Washington's head doesn't appear to be as serious as I thought. I really like that quarter thanks for sharing it.

Looks like a 65 to me... and could get a bump for the tarnish to 66, though not in my grading room.

Great toning/ shades of color!!!! But are those three marks on his head? It's a lovely quarter I'm guessing 64.
65 imo but I wouldn't be surprised if it's graded higher because the color is superb.
Anyone else before the reveal?
65 and beautiful
Surely not ‘details’ artificial toning….!!???

And the answer is MS 66 CAC
Ahh MS66. It appears many of us grade on the conservative side. That was my original guess, but I judged too harshly.
Gotta admit though it looks nicer in the video!!
