I hope the pictures are good enough for some guesses. I will post the grade later.
For the obverse and reverse I took pictures with an overhead light on and off.
Thank you in advance for your comments.

You have close-up pics of the bands?

Can't get a good read on the surfaces from the images but looks like a proof? PF64?

The coin looks like a Proof and even excellent images don’t usually allow for meaningful grade guesses for Proof coins. Those images aren’t particularly good ones, so there’s absolutely no way to know how that coin should (or did) grade.

I'll guess PR64
Proof. That’s all I can guess from the images without a random number generator.
Looking for Top Pop Mercury Dime Varieties & High Grade Mercury Dime Toners.
Oakstar: I tried to get a close up of the bands.
Is the scratch that runs across the toning on Liberty’s neck on the coin or the slab?
1madman: scratch is on the slab

Unless the images are highly misleading, the coin is a Proof, which wouldn’t be designated as “FB”.

Yes, good point @MFeld. 👍🏻

MS65 FB I think its not a proof judging by the newer pics.

I’m with the proof crowd. Impossible to evaluate it for hairlines, though.
(Autocorrect wanted me to say it’s impossible to evaluate for hairiness).
Well, to be fair, the auto-correct version would also be correct.😉

It's certainly a proof. I'd go PF-65
I'd call it a PR-65, but that's a wild guess. Certainly not MS.

Proof ....these are hard to grade via pictures but I'll throw out a PR 65 for fun
Looks like it could be a proof dime... Certainly a VERY good year![;) ;)](https://forums.collectors.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)

My pictures were so bad the closest guess was two grades off. I have to figure out a better way of taking photographs (my problem).
Regardless, thank you for your guesses and comments. Now I wonder if this coin if it was submitted would it be a pr67?
I was going to guess PR66. It's a nice looking Mercury proof.

I suspect in hand it looks great, I would not crack that one, no way.
