It's been officially graded with the right VAM I was hoping for, along with something I most certainly wasn't expecting.

Here's a quick story.
At last year's Chicago ANA Show, I purchased it at a table. It wasn't designated as the VAM on the slab. The seller, actually clued me in on this fantastic VAM! He told me about these "OVERPOLISHED Die" VAMS. He's the one that showed how and why the coin looked as it did. I was very curious, when holding it, that PCGS would straight grade this coin with the kind of obvious Polishing! What amazed me most was that he only charged me $150! Knowing what kind of peculiar VAM his coin really was! At Heritage Auctions, ln 2021, the VAM, In the same grade as mine, went for $385! Here's why I kick myself everyday since. He had 2 exact ones! Mine and another one. Why I didn't buy the 2nd one leaves me speechless!
