Clear difference between the 64 and 65 in this case!
I have others (my 1926 P vs S) where the 64 looks the same or maybe slighter better than the 65 - but not these two - 65 >> 64+

I think the marks on the eagle's breast and Liberty's cheek will keep it from grading higher.
Tough coin and tough to find rare Peace dollars in the higher grades. A dealer was sending in a 34-s and was doubtful PCGS would grade it higher than AU58.

It is SGM rare coins - Steve and Sylvia - bought a few from them, always a great deal. Use their website and buy direct because of course ebay has a few fees for the seller.
