Could this worn flying eagle be a 1858/7? I hope the pictures are good enough for some opinions.

oih82w8: thank you for your reply. Yes, I did look at pcgs.com for a comparison. My coin is very worn and it does appear something is going on above the 8 and the wing is hard to tell that’s why I posted for others with more experience to comment.
With the photos provided i don’t see it… The mark you are looking at is too close to the 8 i believe…
Those photos make it look like a cast counterfeit. I assume it is not, but better photos even with an iPhone would help.
If you cannot see anything how can one identify anything
