Looks like a die chip, nothing special. I could be wrong tho as it is difficult to see much from a moon shot like this, it would be easier if you had cropped your image.

Actually, I think it’s a ‘hit’, and so it’s damaged, not a die chip, imo
for PCGS. A 49+-Year PNG Member...A full numismatist since 1972, retired in 2022
