Well if that doesn't make perfect sense I don't know what does.
i messaged the guy and he did respond,his story is he traded a signed baseball for the 2 coins and some 90%.
i guess he got hammered right away about the slabs from various people myself included he realized he got burned on the deal

Well, two coins with the same exact certification number should have been his first clue that they are fakes. All these Chinese counterfeits are really becoming a problem.
