I can't find a website for them and the following link from way back in 2006 discusses both their website being down and varietynickels.com being sold:

Was the content at varietynickels.com ever subsumed by another site?

Hmmm.... given the overwhelming response to your question.... the answer likely appears to be no. Kinda surprising.
I find it very surprising as well. Full Step Nickel Club seemed like a pretty strong force in collecting. I wonder what happened.
Is there a general Jefferson Nickel club today?
It be nice to have some knowledge, maybe a club?
This is the last version of varietynickels.com that I found on the Archive. Some/many of the photos are not there.

As far as a general Jefferson Nickel club, a web search indicates Facebook but I don't do Facebook and so no nothing about it. About 14K members it indicates.

Guess some thing fall out of favor after awhile. I always thought full steppers were kinda neat.
