1993 Topps Baseball Card Centering Question from Newbie

I'm trying to assess the quality of my 1993 Topps cards. Is the centering at the bottom determined by the location of the picture or the team name which is slightly lower than the picture corners?

Thanks!

It's probably easier to just say that as much as possible (depending on card design) you want equal thickness of border on all four sides. In case of 1993 Topps, you'd go by the base of the team name.

I would recommend looking at other already graded copies to get a better idea of how they grade. I find that helpful and have had better success with my submissions because of that.

My PSA 10 Jeter tells my PSA 8 (self-submitted) that it is the nameplate on the draft pick cards, at least.

Similar to the 1987's. Originally, I thought the top and side borders should be equal.
I looked at 10's on eBay and saw that on most of the 10's the top border was a little narrower.
