This note belongs to a friend and was found in a new stack of $10's so in excellent condition. The back is covered in the green ink from the mint. Is this note worth anything? Is it worth sending in for grading? Thanks in advance!

Super nice major ink smear error, and it appears authentic. Typically you see partial examples of this error and they sell for $150-$300. This, if graded, could sell for $850 or even more.
I took the liberty of cropping and rotating the photos for easier viewing.
That's the best I've seen so far. Nice find!
Nice. It did not come from the Mint. It came from the BEP.
I do not believe this note is unique. I have seen similar inking errors.
Looks like it got slimed! Very cool.
