Looks like a little die erosion on the 3 and machine doubling on United.
Nothing special.

Not a doubled die, and definitely not a doubled mint mark as it doesn't have one being minted in Philadelphia.

This poster claims to be an older lady and english is not her primary language. She may have a hard time researching and understanding web sites in english. Think about if your mom or grandma was trying to find a hobby to occupy her time. I would hope if it were my mom or grandma people would be nice to her.
