Here it is an 1970-D Cent who make the article:
Mike Diamond to me:
My article on this multi-element dropped filling is now out in the online edition of Coin World (November 14).
I look for how many are around and which TPG will recognize because is a rare error (at least by what was discovered yet).

I know ANACS will recognize this error because I have a Roosevelt dime that is similar in an old white ANACS holder.
Perhaps Jon Sullivan will chime in here and say if & what he will describe it as with pcgs, and that will allow you to write his exact description phrase on the pcgs submission form if you choose to grade it with them.
Awesome coin!
Thanks, the first on census = 1. Dime

Well that is interesting. Thanks for posting the article, I definitely learned something. Cheers, RickO

If you do submit this coin to PCGS, I would include a copy of this article with the coin and ask that it get forwarded to Jon as well. An unusual error like this could be flagged as damage by a well-meaning employee before even getting to Jon for attribution.
I had this happen with a different struck-through error, it was posted here and Fred Weinberg (who attributed errors for PCGS at the time) gave an opinion in the thread, but when the coin was submitted it came back in a "bodybag" without ever reaching Fred's desk.
