Just right click on the date of the post and hit "copy link address" then paste where you want it.
Yes.
1) Left click the date associated with the previous post of interest.

2) Copy the URL.

3) Create a link in the new post using the URL from step #2.

You can also copy a quote from a previous thread like this.
I deleted your tag for ricko so it doesn't tag him here.
Just quote the post in the thread and then highlight and copy, then paste where you want it.
Just don't hit post in the thread you copied it from.
