They said to ride it out until the 31st and if it's not shipped by then, then they'll put an "expedite" on it. I don't believe they have the ability to locate one certain order.

I have submissions for so-called dollars that were received Oct 12th, Nov 4th, and Nov 7th and all are still in grading, not even to QA yet. This is the response I received a few days ago after patiently waiting 4-5 months and asking for any update. Time is not a factor.

As for Order #xxxxxx, it appears that this was sent in for the Special Issues service level, and unfortunately that service level does not have an estimated turnaround time. As we do try to process orders quickly, as with this specific service level there is no timeframe.
