Close Bluesheet/Greysheet pricing--is there a message?

If you look at Bluesheet pricing, which is putatively based on sight unseen certified coins, and see if there is much of a discount to the Greysheet pricing, in a number of coins there is not that much of a difference. Does this mean that the market accepts the PCGS and NGC certified coins in various grades before examination to determine how good they are for grade or if they have issues that should make buyers hesitant? Or does it mean that demand is so high for a coin listed that it doesn't matter that much if you examine it first, it will still bring near sight seen money? I'm thinking for example of better date Peace dollars in MS grades.

I have an even mix of PCGS and NGC coins which is based on plan. There does not seem to be any difference in demand between them. Many are world coins which is a different type of market. I don’t do bluesheet as don’t trade sight unseen. The other day was even wondering if bluesheet even still exists. Most of my focus in world arena with its own pockets of demand.
Better date Peace Dollars in investment grade (prefer MS64 and higher) can be good investment potential. However it takes a buyer in this area to move them. Certainly have been an aggressive buyer (will bid them up) of them when deal is there. At one time specialized in that area.
I used to use Greysheet, never Bluesheet... Just guidelines and I depend on seeing coins. If buying, I normally use sources I have purchased from before, and always with solid return policies. Cheers, RickO
It's interesting to compare the two on various series; my Greysheet from some months back has an 1891 Morgan dollar in MS65 at $1850 ($3500 cac) and Bluesheet at $1350 for PCGS and $1600 for NGC. The Peace dollars though are sometimes the same from Greysheet to Bluesheet and sometimes at a 10% or so decrease. I'm not sure what that means, with images more or less obligatory, some good, some not so great, people usually have a good idea of what they are getting.
I would compare the 2 quite awhile ago there could be some big differences on big ticket 4 and 5 figure and up coins. Exactly why dunno it’s simply beyond my operational / hunting area. I just Let the lions and tigers chase that.
