It makes sense, seeing how gold and silver are trending upward. All series have seen increases in value and it's probably most evident in Morgans, many of which have doubled in value just in the past 3 years or so.

The dealers were slow to the pay much over bid price regardless of the quality of the coin.
Any reasons or speculations as to why ?
@Fishpro... Thanks for the information on gold. Any further input on the show itself?? Cheers, RickO
My guess is b/c the market might be going down, or up. In other words, sideways, so it is tough to position above bid.
Most seem slow to use their cash and they were looking for that great buy.

Very normal. the market it is in Bulling stage, so Dealers look just for opportunities and not for accumulations. Reverse on the Bear stage the Dealers will accumulate and those who buy on Bullish regret.
