Is this penny a know error for 1987?


I looked in book but did not find this year

    I don't see any variety. I assume you mean variety. Any error can occur in any year. That looks like a normal cent.

    It isn't uncommon to see strike doubling on the ear.

    Looks like a double ear to me, but you have to magnify it so large to see it, it won't have a premium.
