New label in PCGS slabs?

So I just received my 2023-W back from PCGS and the label jumped at me. It's shiny and appears to not be made from paper like previous labels.

The text is also not as sharp as before... It could be an issue with the printer since I see this at work with our Zebra label printers set too dark which leads to poorer quality of the lines but gets more of a transfer...

    @Samets... Just judging from your picture, it seems to have more clarity/definition of the type, and the label has a 'plastic' appearance. Would have to see it in hand to really evaluate it. Cheers, RickO
