When does PSA notify you of an upcharge? My submission just moved to QA2 within the last hour.

On my review bump of a 1986 Fleer Jordan from a PSA-9 to a PSA-10...it said, "hold, pending notification. A PSA representative will be contacting you via e-mail shortly".
When they realize the card they just graded is worth 1.2 million dollars.... U.S.. They'll give u a jingle.
So it is after QA2 then?
It's happens during QA2, usually the list of cards in the order will disappear and a "Hold" notification will show
