No, some get RB too. I’ve seen guideline they should go off of. I’m sure it’s listed on the PCGS website some where. Just in my opinion, it depends on who is grading. I’ve seen some BN that should be RB and vice versa.

I know Phil (head of the TV dept) has said they have hired new photographers and that is why the images are different, but I don’t think that would cause such a drastic change. It could be new editing software or lights like we discussed earlier.
