Can't say that I've seen this one before. Creative.

Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    Very cool die struck CCF. I think there's an 1842-O Bust Half CCF out there too.

    Nice contemporary. No holes, decent shape, and a neat conversation piece, especially considering the date is 6 years after the last reeded edge bust half.

    Wish I had the book on these counterfeits, I have been on the casual lookout.

    Cool bogus bust! This is actually the very last CCCBH in Davignon's book, and is listed as "very scarce".

    Yeah, but the 1842-CC is the key.

    This shows that I don't know my counterfeits. I thought that it was modern Chinese and the price was too high. I hope that a member here snagged it.
