Issues ordering United States Army Silver Medal 2.5 Ounce.......

It seems there an issue ordering from the U.S. Mint website to Canada this year!
I get Payment Declined through both the Credit Card and PayPal!
I used to order many times in the past without issues! But today when I tried to order the "United States Army Silver Medal 2.5 Ounce", I keep getting that error!

    :/ Totally useless U.S. Mint chat support! I asked them to create a support ticket for this, and this is the answer I got:

    Finally got this resolved after yelling at the support people to get their new order system fixed to countries outside U.S.!
    They have "non-U.S." province in the address instead of the actual province. So now after they fixed it, my credit card is working and I managed to place the order.

    FYI: 4161 quantity remaining as of 1:12PM ET.
