My most peculiar cent found ever!

Hi guys,
While CRHunting cents, I came across a very strange
specimen. It's a 1983p cent. The reverse seems normal, as well as, the wt. 27 gms.
However, it's the obverse that is where the mystery lies. I can't determine if it's a die clash, double struck or something else? Does anyone have a clue?
Also, the ear seems to be doubled too?
It is concave on the obverse as well.

I’ve got a 2 cent piece that had a similar look and after much research, I learned about glue. I left mine alone as dipping would have made it look worse😂. For you buddy, remember……..
