Attribution Help: 1841-O Closed Buds Transitional Reverse

Here's a recent pickup of mine courtesy of a lot of culls on eBay. My friend @Omegaraptor tentatively identified it as an example of variety F-102, citing the wear pattern. My plans are to submit it to ANACS at the next TSNS show in Chattanooga under their variety attribution service. That said, I'm curious to hear what some of you might have to say concerning a potential attribution and possible next steps.
Here's the coin in question:

I can't even see an O, are you sure it is from New Orleans?
What is visible of the reverse is consistent with the Closed Buds variety which only exists on 41-O, not 41 Philly.
The date position is also farther left than on any other 1841 dime, Philadelphia or New Orleans, and matches that of the Closed Buds dime.
"You can't get just one gun." "You can't get just one tattoo." "You can't get just one 1796 Draped Bust Large Cent."
Wow... Good luck with that coin.... I am impressed that @Omegaraptor could glean that much information. Let us know how your submittal goes. Cheers, RickO
