Bust dime grading opinion

Again this is a coin I purchased before I decided to pursue WLH.
I believe this to be a nice crusty original coin.
Could you please help me with the grade?
It has some nice blue toning in spots. There is a beautiful spot of toning right on the top of her cap. It's an amazing coin in hand. At least to me.

I think it’s a nice XF-40, possibly XF-45. While it appears to have some residual luster, I don’t think it has enough luster or sharpness for an AU-50.

EF40 with an old cleaning, but on a coin like that, it should still straight grade if you submitted it.
