Funny, that issue has been serving as a trivet in our kitchen for a while; I dislike Jane Fonda enough not to have looked inside the issue (although I like the rest of them a lot, and I acknowledge that Fonda is an excellent actress and was a beautiful woman).
Seems articles on coin values are popular lately... Looks as if the AARP wants to appeal to all the senses and interests... From sex to cents.... ... Well, when I have exhausted my physical interests, I can check my pocket change... Win/win situation... Cheers, RickO
I laugh every time I see the woman on TV talking about how you have to have gold but she still needs a little bit of cash in the bank. The funny part is when she starts picking up all the gold and playing with it and handling it and anything else she can do to Make the cha ching of the coins as they Smash against each other. At least she could wear gloves and protect the finish.

Now I will.
Same here. It comes to the house, I never look at it. My wife actually pointed it out to me. For some reason, she knows I collect coins! 😂 🤣
This article was written for non-collectors. It's unlikely any seasoned coin collector would learn anything new from this article although it would be fun to read just to find any the errors that it would likely contain.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

That's very true. It's always nice to get a reality check of what I'm doing right and doing wrong. 👍🏻
I am a long time member of AARP. I received this magazine in the mail today. I usually throw it right in the garbage. But since you brought to my attention the coin article, I will read it first. Thank you!

True. It does not contain double nor error. It might stop someone from thumbling on cents. It refers to reliable sources. No deaths.
