No longer have a photo of my 32D VF, I purchased it and the S the day after I got out of the service from Mel's Coin and Stamp in Johnson City, Tn. I was so proud to finish my album. Unreal how many silver quarters I got out of the slot machines in the NCO club in Germany. Other than the keys, I must have gotten at least half in that manner along with Buffalo Nickels by the rolls then.

No, not really. I just tend to hoard them. I also have a couple dozen raw ones I'm slowly slabbing over time. All are lowballs. I've been slowly accumulating them for 30+ years. I've always been fascinated with 1932-D quarters. Still trying to find the elusive PCGS P01 example.

Always looking for original, better date VF20-VF35 Barber quarters and halves, and a quality beer.

Well, I wonder if it would be a PO01 if you had kept rubbing that same quarter for 30+ years? Lol
This example was posted to another recent thread where the owner said, "I should probably sell." Several PMs later, I was happy to add this coin and its San Francisco brother to my album.

You've cornered the market!
I have never seen a grade set with mostly the same grades ... are getting ready for the tenth point grading system?

I instantly thought of the Wash Quarter 32-D Key when I read the thread title.

But... @OAKSTAR threw a wrench in my way of thinking, so....
@Dave99B I love the 32-D Wash Quarter and think your mini hoard is awesome!
Very cool
@Dave99B- Is there a story behind all those AG03's?

Back when they announced the States quarters series, I immediately set out to hoard/accumulate bunch of them.
I managed about #7 32 D's from F to AU, the AU cost me $120.
I got #9 32 S's. VG to AU, which the dealer was glad to get rid of at $75
BHNC #203
