Is this machine doubling? 1989D Lincoln Cent

I found this in a box hunt.
I tried looking up the difference in machine doubling versus doubled die, bit I am stumped here. Any help would be appreciated.

If you show photo of complete coin, we could check for the die markers as listed in Variety Vista. Compare them and see why yours is different or not.
