Jefferson nickel error on reverse - extra baseline under the bldg & right side of dome doubling

Jefferson nickel error on reverse - extra baseline under the bldg & right side of dome doubling.
Not finding enough coverage about these two errors that show on several dates I have:
_ 78 D, 96 P, 2001 D
_ the 78 exhibits the best of the doubling of edges right side of dome & dome area 3 other instances
_ the Extra Baseline or doubled baseline (for lack of correct term) under the bldg (cant say the bldg name MONTICELLO or everyone thinks the wording only) is thicker than a step and one coin has it all the way across while another has center step area to the right (still under the bldg
