PCGS Holder type - eBay 1955 DDO MS63 RB

I see this 1955 DDO on eBay and when I search the cert number on PCGS it says the holder type is PCGS Gold Shield. Is that holder a PCGS Gold Shield holder or am I misinformed?
USAF (Ret.) 1985 - 2005. E-4B Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief and Contracting Officer.

Not a Gold Shield holder.
Is there something off on that flip or is it just me?
The cent generally looks okay from the image. Could the slab have been pictured before being resubmitted to PCGS for Gold Shield consideration?

My gut feel is a fake alibaba coin in a fake slab.

There is no image with the cert, this is part of gold shield. This, to me, says this was recently re-holdered and the image will come in a week or so. I wonder if they re-holdered the coin, but are including an older image they had.
Speculation of course.
