Definitely something going on there
I certainly am no expert, but I'll weigh in....
I see no evidence of "triple die" stuff going on. And I wonder if a die gets struck three times, anyway.
But it's a nice coin!
Triples do exist.
Those pictures look like machine doubling....ICBW.... Cheers, RickO
It might be this one:

i dont see it
I think it could be the one mentioned by cmerlo1; I can see the notching on the left ribbon point on your coin and the posted link. And I don't think it is a tripled die... perhaps the doubled die mentioned. However.... it is such a close spread... doubtful it has much value.... but who knows?
I know that triple RPMs exist (I have one), but do tripled-dies exist?
Check for any of the die cracks listed on Variety Vista.
Pete
Yes. For example:

Interesting, both that such a thing exists, and that I see no sign of tripling (or doubling) in the photos on your link.
There are other more obvious ones.
Below is what I’m seeing. At the very least it’s a DDR. It’s the same as the link that @cmerlo1 and I provided. It has the die crack on BUS of PLURIBUS to wing – MDS per variety vista.
