I think it's 64. Looks much nicer than my AU 35S.
I am guessing MS64, only because PCGS is tough on dates like this - otherwise I would guess 65.

Me too. Oh well, can’t win ‘em all. I think I would have guessed MS with a trueview but I interpreted the obverse photo to have rub on the leg. 🤷
