Well, technically i bought this a few hours ago, but just got home to post.

Purchased from Coinslave87 who is on here. Im into the EAC coins and he has a nice selection.

Was great to deal with and smooth transaction. Cant wait to get it in hand.

Itll be the showcase piece for now as my collection is just getting started.

I like to buy coins exclusively after midnight, and after a few adult beverages to loosen up the purse strings.

I like that its raw so i can hold it and look at it up close. There are some prettier ones i could have bought but they were in plastic cases. I just like the raw coins i guess. Maybe thats how ill continue my collection, just raw coins, i dont know. Ill let you guys know in a year or so, lol.

Watch, ill have slabbed coins in month because i saw one i just had to have

Its all fun, im enjoying it so far, the kids like looking at them with me and we look up the history of each one.

Back when we were just a young couple with good jobs, no kids no mortgage etc I had three to four beers one night and on a whim booked a flight to Paris over Thanksgiving. "Non, je ne regrette rien" as Edith Piaf famously proclaimed. The following year we had started acquiring ankle biters and trips involved taking and entertaining them. Now as empty nesters, but four low maintenance black cats we travel again on whims, Ireland last October - thinking Costa Rica in April.
