As recommended in your other thread, pictures would help, immensely. Also, coins are "struck" , not "printed"

Welcome to the forum. That’s a tough question for me. The pros will not consider the post as serious without good photos of what you hold—do not post a pic of a coin that is like it.

Photos needed. It may just be a coin that was dipped in acid.
Could be a dime ... value depends on date, condition and if silver or clad .... could be $200 -$400 if not screwed with after leaving mint (damaged or cleaned)
