Is this PMD or a Strikethrough on a 2009 Lincoln Cent?

Could this be a strikethrough on this Zinc Lincoln Cent. Or just post mint damage (PMD) The reason I ask. If this was a gouge wouldn't we see the Zinc layer in this coin? It appears to be deep enough that the Zinc layer should show. What do you Think?

I agree, struck through. A random scrape wouldn't be that consistent. Struck through scrap in my opinion. Thread wouldn't leave clearly defined edges like that.
