Not sure that an historian, if one even exists, would show up on a list of Mint leadership.
If no one else knows, it might make sense to contact the Mint directly, and inquire.
I don't even think there's a Chief Engraver. If there is, he's probably in computer science. I think everything is done by CAD today.

They could use one if they don't already have one.
