Invalid Cert number and does not scan, pcgs commemorative Jessica Lynch autograph

I picked up this commemorative with an autograph label but the certification number comes back invalid and the label barcode will not scan. Any one else run into this?

There are good slabs with cert numbers that are no longer active or good. I have one.
Now I went looking and found this one on GC. # 72255394.
This pcgs cert verification for this one is also - not valid.

I found a MS70 for sale here (i.e., 89694.70/72255999).
Was able to verify the cert.
