The image of the Morgan you posted certainly appears to have a very mild rim ding. It would have happened after it was minted and would be considered damage, but it is so mild that I don't think it would hurt the chances of the coin being certified as problem-free.

That is PMD...but minor... and as @TomB mentioned, the coin very well may straight grade. Cheers, RickO
