Does this error look genuine?

I know it's foreign. I tried putting it on that forum but Not many wanted to chat about it.
I know alot more error folks frequent this forum.
If this was a US coin would this error look right to you?
Weight of the coin is dead on as well as diameter.
No reg flags that I can see but just looking for others opinions

IMO, it looks authentic, but cleaned.

Looks fine by me.
I don't see anything that would raise a red flag, it looks genuine to me.

--- If it should happen I die and leave this world and you want to remember me. Please only remember my opening Sig Line.I wonder if some strategic manhandled would erase that cleaning. 🤔
In any case, you need a catchy name for it. With that reverse you could call it the "tuppance penny".
I have the impression that UK errors are generally very uncommon, but also that they are not as widely collected as US errors are here in the US. So, your best market might be to a US collector. It certainly has a "wow" factor.
