Your coin has suffered post-minting damage (i.e., squeezed in a vice with other coins) and as such has no numismatic value. Spend it if you can.
Manmade outside the of the mint.

No, it is still post mint damage. If you feel it happened at the mint, can you explain how it happened during the minting process?
Sooooo..... you posted here asking for opinions, but you don't want to accept any opinion other than your own? No amount of pictures is going to change anything, were telling you that its a vise job and it was squeezed against another coin. If you don't believe us, spend the money and send the coin in for certification. Be sure to report back here with the results so you can say "I told you so". Good luck

Its was not made like that at the US Mint. Its a man-made error worth no numismatic premium.
