They went 3-3 in that decade and were bested by the Steelers in the 1970's, so it's a close call.

I considered their overall record for the decade in selecting the Browns- not saying I am right... just my thoughts on the subject

We're currently in the midst of the best decade run ever here in NE. These 2020's Pats are no (a) joke having been led by Cam & Mac taking their offense to unseen levels that the organization doesn't even need an offensive coordinator. 😂

If you mean you get all the players from the decade from which to formulate a team, I think I’d take the decade of the 1980’s.
