Do a google search for dryer coin, likely how this happened.

Looks like somebody either filed it down, or used a grinder on it. It's what they call "post mint damage" or PMD for short. No value there.

Looks like it was stuck in a washing machine or dryer for some time and went round and round and wore down in a circular motion.
