I know 😉a forum member who reported the listing to ebay and contacted the seller. The seller was supposedly uncooperative, but eBay did its part.

Rick, no genuine 1888-CC dollars were made. And more than enough screen shots are posted of counterfeit examples of dates that actually were produced.
